Sound familiar?
Starting usually isn’t the hard part. Staying consistent is.
Life gets busy. Work changes. Kids need things. Schedules move around. The last thing you need is to spend your limited time figuring out what workout to do, how hard to go, how long to train, or whether the latest fitness trend is actually worth your time.
That’s our job. We handle the programming, progression, adjustments, and all the thinking behind your training. You show up, put in the effort, and get back to the people and things that make your life matter.
Good news: consistency is something we can actually coach.
Training at Pink Llama
Two ways to train. One job for you: show up.
You don’t need to figure out which program, workout, or training style you need before you start. Tell us what you want to accomplish, what your life actually looks like, and what has made consistency difficult. We’ll help you choose the right starting point.
-
Group Training
50-minute coach-led sessions with the programming already handled for you. Build strength, improve conditioning, move better, and follow a plan that progresses from week to week. You show up. We take care of what comes next.
-
Personal Training
A reserved weekly training time with individualized programming and more one-on-one coaching. A good fit when you want greater accountability, fewer decisions to make, or a plan built more specifically around your goals, schedule, and training history.
How it works
We’ll figure out the best starting point together.
You don’t need to diagnose your own fitness problem before asking for help. Start with a conversation. We’ll learn what you want, what your schedule looks like, what you’ve tried before, and what keeps getting in the way.
-
1. Fit Check
A free 15-minute phone call about your goals, your schedule, what has worked before, and why staying consistent has been difficult.
-
2. The Plan
Come in for a 30-minute consultation, Body Scan, and 3D movement screen. We’ll look at the useful information, talk through what we see, and establish a clear starting point.
-
3. Start Training
Your coach recommends the path that makes sense for you. That might be Group Training, an On-Ramp into Group Training, or Personal Training. No guessing. No sorting through options on your own.
A workout should add up to something.
There’s a plan behind it
Anyone can find a workout online. The harder part is knowing whether it makes sense for you, how it fits with what you did last week, how hard you should go, and what needs to change when life or your body doesn’t cooperate.
You shouldn’t need to become an expert in exercise science to stay fit. That’s what the coach is for.
Metabolic strength training
Get stronger and better conditioned without having to choose between strength work and cardio or chase every new training trend.
Coach led every session
No wandering around wondering what to do, how heavy to go, or whether you should modify something. A coach handles those decisions with you.
12 week programming
Your training builds from week to week instead of resetting to another random workout every time you walk in.
Measure. Review. Adjust.
Goals change. Schedules change. Bodies change. Goal Reviews, Body Scans, movement assessments, and what we see in training help us adjust the plan when they do.
Good coaching matters. So does actually wanting to come back.
The people who train here have jobs, families, travel, responsibilities, and plenty of things they would rather do than spend their free time studying fitness.
They come in, work hard, get coached, laugh a little, and get on with the rest of their day. Fitness matters. It just doesn’t have to become your whole personality.

A few things you might be wondering
-
That’s common. You don’t need to get in shape before you start. We’ll meet you where you are, help you choose appropriate movements and loads, and build from there.
-
Most people do well with 50-minute sessions a few days a week. The right frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery. We’ll help you find a starting point that is realistic enough to keep doing.
-
Life happens. Group Training gives you multiple class times to work with, while Personal Training gives you a reserved weekly appointment. During your Fit Check, we’ll talk about what your schedule actually looks like and recommend an option that makes sense.
-
You don’t have to figure that out yourself. The Fit Check and The Plan help us understand your goals, schedule, training history, and the level of support you need before we recommend a starting point.
-
Yes. We can integrate you into the current cycle. Starting at the beginning gives you the full progression, but we would rather help you start now than have you wait several weeks for the next cycle.
-
Keeping up with someone else isn’t the goal. Your coach can adjust the weight, pace, range of motion, or exercise variation while keeping you focused on the same training objective as the rest of the group.
You don’t need the perfect plan before you start.
You don’t need to know which workout is best, how many days you should train, or which program you belong in. That’s what the Fit Check is for. Tell us what you want to accomplish, what your life looks like, and what keeps getting in the way. We’ll help you figure out a realistic way forward.
