Who Personal Training is for

You keep meaning to get back into a routine

You know training matters, but work, family, travel, or life keeps knocking it down the list. A standing appointment gives fitness a place on the calendar instead of leaving it to whenever you find time.

You want someone else handling the plan

You don’t want to spend your free time researching workouts, comparing programs, or wondering whether you’re doing the right thing. Your coach takes care of that.

You want more accountability

Knowing what to do and consistently doing it are different things. A reserved weekly session gives you a coach who expects you, knows your plan, and keeps the process moving.

You need training to work around you

Goals, schedules, training history, injuries, and life circumstances aren’t identical from person to person. Your training shouldn’t pretend they are.

What individualized coaching means

Personal Training isn’t just having someone stand next to you while you exercise. It means the plan, the coaching, and the decisions behind your training are built around you.

Your coach knows what you’re working toward, what you’ve been doing, how you’re responding, and what needs to change. You don’t have to keep solving the same fitness problems every week.

✓ Programming
Your sessions are planned around your goals, training history, current ability, and the work you’ve already done.

✓ Progression
Your coach decides when it makes sense to add weight, increase difficulty, change an exercise, or spend more time building the foundation.

✓ Adjustments
Sleep was terrible? Something feels off? Work has been brutal? The plan can adjust without turning the whole week into a loss.

✓ Coaching
You get feedback while you train, not after weeks of wondering whether you’ve been doing something correctly.

What a 50-minute session looks like

Every session has a purpose.

  • 1. Warm-up & movement prep

Prepare for the work ahead based on what you’re training that day and what your body needs.

  • 2. Strength-focused work

Focused strength work selected and progressed for you, without wasting time deciding what exercise comes next.

  • 3. Conditioning & heart-rate work

Conditioning that supports your goals and improves your capacity without turning every session into a test of survival.

  • 4. Mobility & movement quality

Mobility, movement quality, or accessory work based on what will help you keep progressing.

  • 5. Review & adjust

Your coach watches, adjusts, teaches, and keeps the session moving so your 50 minutes are actually spent training.

Your training time is actually yours.

When training is something you’ll do “when you have time,” everything else gets a chance to go first.

Personal Training gives you a reserved weekly appointment. It’s already on the calendar, your coach is expecting you, and the session is planned before you walk through the door.

That doesn’t make life less busy. It makes staying consistent require fewer decisions.

Life still happens. Travel, meetings, illness, and schedule changes are real. The reserved-slot model creates structure and accountability without requiring fitness to take over your life.

Your coach may occasionally be able to reschedule a known conflict when the calendar allows, but the reserved time is the foundation of the membership.

Measure. Review. Adjust.

You don’t need to track every fitness metric or turn your body into a spreadsheet. But useful information can help us make better decisions.

Body Scans, movement assessments, what your coach sees in training, and how you’re progressing give us context. We use that information to adjust the plan when it actually matters.

Body Scan

A useful snapshot that gives us additional context about where you’re starting and how things change over time.

Movement assessment

Helps us see how you move so your coach can make better decisions about exercise selection and where additional work may be useful.

Program adjustments

The point of collecting information is to use it. When your goals, movement, progress, or life changes, your plan can change with it.

HOW YOU START

You don’t have to decide whether Personal Training is the right fit on your own.

You don’t need to know how many days you should train, which exercises you need, or whether Personal Training is the right starting point. We’ll figure that out with you.

  • 1. Fit Check

A free 15-minute phone call about what you want to accomplish, what your schedule looks like, what you’ve tried before, and what keeps getting in the way.

  • 2. The Plan

Come in for a 30-minute consultation, Body Scan, and 3D movement screen. We’ll review what’s useful and establish a clear starting point.

  • 3. Recommended starting point

Your coach recommends the level of support that makes sense. That may be Personal Training, Group Training, or an On-Ramp into Group Training. You don’t have to prescribe it yourself.
