You don’t have to prescribe your own training.
Use these as guides. We’ll help you choose.
Group Training may fit when
You want the programming handled, flexible class times, other people around you, and are comfortable sharing the coach’s attention.
Personal Training may fit when
You want a reserved weekly appointment, individualized programming, more accountability, or more coaching attention.
If Group Training is the destination but one-on-one support is the better start, the On-Ramp gives you four Personal Training sessions to build confidence, learn key movements, and prepare for class.
Pricing FAQ
-
You don’t have to decide from a pricing table. The Fit Check and The Plan help us understand your goals, schedule, history, and how much support you need before we recommend a starting point.
-
Personal Training includes a reserved weekly appointment, individualized programming, and more one-on-one coaching and accountability. You’re paying for a higher level of individualized support, not simply access to the gym.
-
That’s normal. Your goals matter, but so do your schedule, recovery, training history, and what you can realistically keep doing. We’ll help you find a starting point that makes sense.
-
We do have punch-card options in some situations, but we don’t feature them as a standard membership. Our coaching model is built around consistency, and punch cards often provide less structure than most people need to build a regular training habit.
-
On-Ramp is a four-session one-on-one bridge into Group Training. A coach may recommend it when someone would benefit from more movement instruction, confidence, or preparation before entering regular Group Training. It is a starting pathway, not a primary membership.
Still not sure which one makes sense? Good. You don’t have to be.
Tell us what you want to accomplish, what your schedule looks like, and where you’re stuck. We’ll recommend a realistic starting point.
