TRAIN FOR THE LIFE YOU ACTUALLY LIVE.
TRAIN FOR THE LIFE YOU ACTUALLY LIVE.
Built for people who want structure without making fitness their whole life.
You want to build a habit that lasts
Life is probably not getting less busy. Build a training routine now that can keep working when careers, relationships, kids, travel, and everything else compete for your time.
You’re tired of starting over
You’ve worked out before. The hard part has been keeping it going. Structured programming and coaching give you something to follow instead of figuring out another restart on your own.
You don’t have time to waste at the gym
You want to come in, know what you’re doing, work hard for 50 minutes, and get back to the rest of your day.
You want coaching without making fitness your identity
You care about getting stronger and feeling capable. You just have other things in your life that matter too. So do we.
What a 50-minute session looks like
Show up. Get coached. Leave better.
Fifty minutes is enough time to train with purpose when you don’t spend half of it deciding what to do. Your coach has the session planned, gets everyone moving, and adjusts the work when needed.
-
Warm-up & movement prep
Get moving, prepare the joints and muscles you’ll use, and get ready for the work ahead.
-
Strength-focused work
Focused strength work that builds capacity over time instead of chasing whatever exercise happens to be popular this week.
-
Conditioning & heart-rate work
Intentional conditioning that improves your ability to work, recover, and keep going without turning every session into a beatdown.
-
Mobility & movement quality
Move well, recover between efforts, and give your body what it needs to keep training consistently.
-
Coaching & adjustments throughout
Your coach watches how you move and perform, adjusts when needed, and uses what we learn to help guide what comes next.
How metabolic strength training works
You shouldn’t have to spend your free time deciding whether you need strength training, cardio, intervals, circuits, or whatever the internet is excited about this month.
Metabolic strength training combines purposeful strength work with conditioning so you can build muscle, improve work capacity, recover better between efforts, and train multiple qualities in the same 50-minute session.
The goal isn’t to make the workout complicated. The goal is to make your time useful.
How the 12-week cycle works
Random workouts can make you tired. A program should actually take you somewhere.
Our Group Training runs in 12-week cycles so the work can build from week to week. Exercises, loading, conditioning, and training emphasis progress with a purpose instead of resetting every time you walk through the door.
You don’t need to know when to add weight, change an exercise, push harder, or move on to something new. We take care of that.
Your goals and your life can change. Regular reviews help us make sure your training still points in the right direction.
Body Scans, movement assessments, and what your coaches see in training give us useful information for deciding what comes next.
You can start in the middle of a cycle. Beginning at week one gives you the full progression, but we would rather help you start now than wait several weeks for the next one.
There’s no prize for doing the wrong version harder.
A good workout isn’t the one where everybody does the exact same thing. It’s the one where everybody trains toward the right objective at an appropriate level.
Your coach can adjust the weight, pace, range of motion, or exercise variation based on what you need that day. You don’t have to stand there wondering whether you should push through something, scale it back, or find another exercise.
That’s part of what coaching is for.
Find a time that works.
Training has to fit around the rest of your life or it won’t stay consistent for long. Classes run throughout the week, so you can find a few 50-minute sessions that work with your schedule and get on with the rest of your day.
Classes throughout the day. Weekdays and Saturdays.

How you start
You don’t need to decide whether you’re ready for class.
You also don’t need to figure out whether Group Training is the right program, how fit you need to be, or where you should start. That’s what the first two steps are for.
-
1. Fit Check
A free 15-minute phone call about what you want to accomplish, what your schedule looks like, what you’ve tried before, and what tends to get in the way.
-
2. The Plan
Come in for a 30-minute consultation, Body Scan, and 3D movement screen. We’ll review what’s useful and establish a clear starting point.
-
3. Recommended starting point
If Group Training makes sense, we’ll recommend whether you can jump into class or whether an On-Ramp would give you a better start. Then we take care of the programming from there.
Group Training FAQ
-
No. Getting in shape before joining a gym is a little like cleaning the house before the cleaner comes over. We’ll meet you where you are and adjust the training appropriately.
-
That’s common. You’re not starting from zero, and you don’t need to make up for lost time. We’ll help you establish a starting point and build from there.
-
Keeping up with someone else isn’t the goal. Your coach can adjust weight, pace, range of motion, or exercise variation while keeping you focused on the same training objective as the group.
-
For most people, a few consistent 50-minute sessions each week can do a lot. The right amount depends on your goals, schedule, recovery, and what else you do outside the gym.
-
No. Our Group Training centers on metabolic strength training, combining strength work, conditioning, and movement inside structured programming. Every session is coached and there is a plan behind the work.
-
Yes. We can integrate you into the current cycle. Starting at week one gives you the full progression, but we would rather help you start now than have you wait several weeks for the next cycle.
-
That’s one reason Group Training can work well for busy people. You have multiple class times to choose from, so training can move around when the rest of life does.
